These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the services provided by Panama Relocation Services (“we,” “our,” or “us”), including consultations, relocation management, and concierge offerings. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Services
We provide relocation and concierge services for individuals and families moving to Panama. Specific services may include, but are not limited to, immigration assistance, real estate coordination, freight/move management, and lifestyle integration.
All services are customized based on your needs and are subject to availability, local regulations, and third-party provider terms.
3. Consultations & Bookings
Private consultations are scheduled via our online client portal or by direct contact. By booking a consultation, you agree to provide accurate and truthful information. Consultations may be subject to a fee or deposit, which will be disclosed in advance.
4. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing complete and accurate documentation, timely communication, and compliance with local laws and immigration requirements. We are not liable for delays or issues caused by incomplete or inaccurate client-provided information.
5. Third-Party Services
We may refer or coordinate with vetted third-party providers (e.g., attorneys, real estate agents, healthcare professionals). While we exercise discretion in our partnerships, we are not liable for their services, fees, or conduct.
6. Payment Terms
All fees will be disclosed prior to engagement. Payment terms, deposits, and cancellation policies will be outlined in your service agreement or consultation documents. Late or non-payment may result in service delays or termination.
7. Cancellations & Refunds
Due to the customized nature of our services, refunds are limited. Cancellations must be made in writing and are subject to our cancellation policy as agreed upon in your onboarding documents.
8. Confidentiality & Discretion
We prioritize discretion. Sensitive client data is handled securely and confidentially. Optional NDAs and secure data room access are available upon request.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Panama Relocation Services is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. We do not guarantee immigration approvals or specific outcomes.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Panama. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Panama City, Panama.
